Σήμερα οι μαθητές και οι μαθήτριες της τάξης μας είχαν την ευκαιρία να συζητήσουν με την κα Γεωργούλη Δέσποινα , τυροκόμο από τη φάρμα «Του τσοπάνη» για τα ζώα της φάρμας και τα γαλακτοκομικά προϊόντα. Στη συνέχεια μας εξήγησε τη διαδικασία παραγωγής του τυριού και της μυζήθρας.
