Η Β’ τάξη του σχολείου μας παρακολούθησε με μεγάλο ενθουσιασμό το πρόγραμμα «Της Μαστίχας το Σχινάκι», στο ΚΕΠΕΑ Ομηρούπολης, στην περιοχή Κλειδού. Μέσα από μια πολύ περιεκτική παρουσίαση και πλούσιες βιωματικές δράσεις, τα παιδιά αποκόμισαν πολύτιμες γνώσεις για την καλλιέργεια της Μαστίχας και τις ευεργετικές ικανότητές της από την κυρία Παππά Ματρώνα. Παρακολούθησαν παράσταση θεάτρου σκιών, με τον Καραγκιόζη σε ρόλο Μαστιχοκαλλιεργητή, από τον υπεύθυνο του ΚΕΠΕΑ κύριο Σπυράκη Σταύρο. Τέλος μέσα από παιχνίδι ρόλων έγιναν και τα ίδια για λίγο «μικροί καλλιεργητές» και ανάλαβαν δράση, φροντίζοντας το δικό τους μαστιχόδεντρο, εφαρμόζοντας όλα όσα έμαθαν. Φεύγοντας πήραμε και το δωράκι μας, έναν φάκελο με πλούσιο υλικό για επεξεργασία.
